1. Order Fulfillment Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find an error (for example, you ordered 2 lbs but received 1 lb), please contact us immediately at garlic@allicinsranch.com.
Our Resolution: We will ship out any missing items right away at no additional cost to you.
2.Damaged Product
If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at garlic@allicinsranch.com.
Our Resolution: Upon confirmation of damage, we will ship out a replacement order right away at no additional cost to you.
3.Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the quality of your garlic, please reach out to our team within seven (7) days of delivery.
Case-by-Case Review: Because garlic is a natural, perishable crop, we review quality concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Potential Outcomes: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement shipment, a partial refund, or a full refund.
3. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of raw garlic, we generally do not accept physical returns of the product. Please do not ship garlic back to us unless specifically instructed by our support team.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
