It is grown at the base of the Andes in a national park, in the southern hemisphere (where there is only 10% of the world's population) The rich flavor of this little lion will blow you away. Freshest from January - May, it is a great keeper and an excellent way to boost your immune system in the cold winter months, and have fresh garlic before our spring crop arrives!
