Howdy and happy fall y’all! Here it is the first week of November, and we are not slowing down. We had a very beautiful and bountiful harvest this summer. After drying and curing the garlic and shallots, we certainly have had our sleeves rolled up in the packing room, fulfilling fall garlic orders! Those orders include not just seed garlic for the gardeners, but culinary garlic and garlic braids to get you through the winter season. We have a fresh batch of black garlic available and plenty of our famous scape salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and chili flakes to offer. We grew extra shallots this year too!

The Pacific Northwest offers us picturesque autumn days, and we take full advantage of those days to get out to the field and undertake the massive planting for next year’s crop! We endeavor to grow enough of all your favorites and then some. Meanwhile, we’re always under construction, making improvements to our buildings and adding a new office this year!
We are so grateful to all our existing customers, along with all the new friendly customers we met at the farmers market this year. You all make it so wonderful to do what we do. And a HUGE shoutout to our WOOFERS this year, Teegan and Ellen! They bring fresh energy and good company to the ranch.
